Slow Flow Vinyasa

Saturday's 8:30-9:30am

By focusing on your breath and the positioning of your body, yoga helps to reduce stress and increase flexibility.  Skills and concepts learned on the mat can be incorporated into your everyday life.  In addition, practicing yoga is a great compliment to any strength training or exercise program.

In 2012 I received my RYT 200 from the Red Lotus School of Yoga.  I have a Bachelors degree in Wellness, Health Promotion, and Injury Prevention from Oakland University.  My goal is to help you relax and leave feeling refreshed and energized.
