This excersize in discuise takes the work out of workout with dancing to Latin and world rythemes that are sure to have you moving and grooving your feet.

Yoga Flow

Yoga is the union of body, mind, and spirit. In this class we will also be linking our breath with various postures. It is important to acknowledge that everyBODY is different, so it is up to you to honor your body during practice. Having some yoga experience can be helpful with the postures, but if you are new to yoga, please do not hesitate to have this wonderful experience.


Yoga helps to reduce stress, increase flexibility, and can help you establish inner peace. This is a 60 minute class; beginning with a warm up, I will then lead you through a series of postures and give you time to flow on your own.
